Landlord Checks, Gas Appliance Service & Inspection
We can check and service central Heating boilers, warm air units, gas fires, cookers, water heaters and wall or space heaters. When servicing appliances, we will clean and vacuum the appliance, conduct an inspection of the appliance and the controls to ensure safe operation and visually inspect the appliance for any corrosion and leaks.
All properties are tested and check for gas leaks and energy efficiency advice is given on all heating appliances. Landlords Safety Certificates can also be issued on any property.
